- What is your order processing and shipping time? All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days upon placing your order.
- How do I track my order? You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as a label is created. You will be able to track your order using the tracking number provided in your email confirmation.
- I placed my order and realized my address is incorrect, what should I do? If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect after placing your order, please email us immediately at deeplovecandles@gmail.com with your order number, full name and correct address information so that we can fix this issue before shipping out your order.
- Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally. We currently only ship within the United States. We do plan to ship internationally in the near future. Please feel free to sign up to our email list to receive exciting shipping updates!
- What are your shipping costs? Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the destination address and the shipping method of choice. However, we're excited to announce that we do offer free standard shipping on all U.S orders of $75 or more!
- Do you offer returns/exchanges? Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order is damaged upon receipt. Should there be any damages or concerns with your order, please email us immediately at deeplovecandles@gmail.com. If your order was damaged during transit, email us a photo with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Do you do wholesale or custom orders? Yes! We can do wholesale orders and custom candles for any event! Please reach out to us at deeplovecandles@gmail.com to discuss further details.
